Cancellation/Reschedule/No-Show Policy

I understand that unexpected events can arise. To ensure fairness to all clients, I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

 

Cancellations or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours’ notice. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

 

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice are subject to forfeiture of appointment. You will not be refunded for this missed session and a makeup session cannot be guaranteed with less than 24 hours notice.

 

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your appointment. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, your appointment will be forfeited. Failure to show up to your appointment within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. No refunds or make-up sessions will be granted for no-shows.
