What is Coaching?
Coaching focuses on the achievement of goals which you create, through commitment to actionable change. Whether focusing on health goals, incorporating more joyful activities into life, or addressing unwanted habits, coaching can help. My focus is coaching health & wellbeing, lifestyle, and mindset. I take a values-based approach to coaching. By uncovering our core values and beliefs, we can then create meaningful goals and establish habits aligned with our truest beliefs. Health is almost always at the forefront of coaching because when you're not healthy, it's hard for anything else in your life to work well.
Coaching isn't about me showing what to do, then cheering you on. It's about helping you tap into your inner wisdom, developing the confidence and determination to achieve anything you set your mind to. Coaching is a partnership--working together in identifying, planning, and attaining your wellness goals in order to build Real Health. Real Health is built upon solid foundations, and coaching helps you build those foundations.
What is Real Health?
Real Health is the way we were meant to live. Giving our bodies and minds the necessary ingredients it needs to thrive. Real Health is about making conscious choices, day in and day out, in a way that sustains and fulfills us for life. Real Health doesn't imply that you'll never get sick or go through difficult times. But when Real Health is your default, your body is better able to withstand and overcome illness, staving off disease, and creates a mindset that allows happiness to flow into your life with ease. Real Health is built on 6 Foundational Pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Sleep, Habitat, and Connections.
